Phoenix

This creature will automatically resurrect some turns after being killed, and it is immune to fire.

  1. As you'll know from my (many!) previous comments I'm increasingly becoming a big fan of your work Robert!

This one does concern me a little bit though. A phoenix (based on the fantasy art that I have seen) are eagle-like, with aggressive beaks like a bird of prey.

The straight beak makes him look a little less aggressive than he might look with a bird of prey's beak maybe?

  3. Woah! New creature alert! Sounds like a pretty cool ability and fits with the lore around Phoenix.

Definitely agree with WittZi regarding the look of it though. Also some form of fiery effect around it would look superb.

An infinite number of times? Or just once?

    1. Similar to other games you could make the creature revert to an egg form after being killed. After several turns the egg will hatch a new Phoenix. Destroy the egg however and the creature is gone for good.
